We love to eat it raw in addition to ripe. Raw papaya can be used to make curries whereas mature one is consumed as such. Thus, when I visit papaya every time that it makes me nostalgic. Last week I purchased extremely ripe papaya. I didn't wish to earn anything candy with it, so I chose to create this Papaya Ginger Banana Smoothie. I Added a few proteins in the shape of almond milk, and that made it more vegetarian. If you're on a Keto diet, skip the banana and include avocados to make this smoothie. This is merely easy, and at precisely the same time yummy also. You will not miss any sugar, and the background kick provided by ginger is simply ideal.

Ingredients.

  •     Two cups cubed papaya.
  •     One banana.
  •     1-inch ginger. 

Instructions.

    In a blender or juicer, process everything into a fine consistency.
